At Dedicare Beauty, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the information below to understand how our process works.

How Returns and Refunds Work

If you have changed your mind about an item or if there is an issue with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your return request is submitted, our support team will respond within 3 business days.

Possible Outcomes of a Return Request

If You Changed Your Mind About an Item

  • Full Refund: You return the item, and once it is received and inspected, we issue a full refund. Original shipping costs may or may not be included, depending on the case.
  • If the item is opened, used, damaged, missing parts, or improperly packaged for return, a deduction may be applied to cover the loss in value.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund while allowing you to keep the item.
  • Replacement or Exchange: We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
  • Return Request Declined: Returns may be declined if the return window has passed or if the product is marked as non-returnable.

If the Item Is Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

  • Full Refund: You return the item in the same condition it was received, and we issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Return shipping will also be covered by Dedicare Beauty.
  • If the item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or poorly packaged, a partial refund may apply.
  • Partial Refund: Offered when the issue is minor and you choose to keep the item.
  • Replacement or Exchange: Available depending on product availability.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds are typically processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Misuse of Returns

Misuse of our returns process is not permitted. This includes requesting a return and sending back a different item or an item in unacceptable condition. Such actions may result in the refusal of a refund.
